Don’t loose track of that software licence key!
Many times when a customer brings there computer because of data loss they haven’t keep track of there software licence’s. If your hard drive crashes. It could be years before you need to reload the software and It’s necessary to have the software licence key as part of the install / setup steps. You may be forced to re-purchase the software even if you still have the CD or DVD. Every software purchase you get a licence for proof of ownership and it’s this licence that your paying the big bucks for. Most companies including Microsoft don’t keep these records for you. Always keep the card, CD / DVD sleeve or email that contains the licence. Most people wouldn’t loose a $100 bill if it were laying around the house some ware. That licence could have cost more.
